To ensure the dimension accuracy of our products. We are using Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), which can measure 3D object with 0.0254 mm accuracy.
Manual Quality Inspection
We are measuring the critical part manually with calipers and micrometer to keep our product in an accurate dimension.
Salt Spray Test
By using salt spray test, we ensure that the material and surface coating of our products are corrosion resistant as required.
X-ray
In order to detect the internal void or defect, we are performed radiography check to our products. This will protect the product from porosity in the future.
Hardness Tester
Our products endurance are always controlled to achieve the requirement by hardness test. This test are performed to measure the pressure resistance of our products.
Projector
Specialized in measuring 3-D shapes, measuring projector can measure any shape of the product with accurate dimensions. Therefore, we assure that all of our products pass the quality check.
